5. Live Classes and Interactive Whiteboards
During a live class, Halaca may process information required to connect the student and teacher, including:
- Account and class identifiers.
- Audio and video streams.
- Connection and participation status.
- Microphone and camera status.
- Whiteboard strokes and annotations.
- Technical quality and connection information.
A student may be permitted to write on a shared whiteboard, and the teacher may annotate the same writing in real time.
Users must not independently record, publish, or share live-class audio, video, or whiteboard content without appropriate permission.
6. Notebook Pages, Submissions, and Annotations
Students may scan or upload notebook pages for educational review. Teachers may access the uploaded copy, add handwritten or digital corrections, and return a corrected version through the platform.
Uploaded educational content may include:
- Student handwriting.

- Teacher notes and annotations.
- Submission status and review history.
Users should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in uploaded pages.
